Common use of College Provided Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

College Provided Reimbursement. The College will reimburse full time employees up to one hundred ($100) each year of this agreement for her or his personal health club dues, dental, or vision expenses incurred which are not covered under applicable insurances. The employee must submit itemized receipts with a completed College Provided Reimbursement Form to the Office of Human Resource Management.
