Collision and/or Incidents Procedure. 224. The procedure described in this Section 19.9 shall apply only to investigations and discipline based on Operator collisions and/or incidents. For the purpose of this Section 19.9, an incident shall mean “injury to persons or damage to property directly related to the operation of a vehicle, but not caused by a collision.”
