Collocation Fee. Licensee shall pay City a fee for the Collocation of Network Nodes on Service Poles as set forth in City Ordinance 018717. The Collocation fee shall be in addition to annual Network Node site rental fees, Transport Facility rental fees, and all ad valorem taxes, special assessments for municipal improvements, and other lawful obligations of the Licensee to the City.
