Common use of Collusion Clause in Contracts

Collusion. The Offeror affirms that by responding to any solicitation made by Xxxxxxx County, it has not communicated directly or indirectly the response made to any competitor or any other person engaged in such line of business. Any or all responses may be rejected if the County believes that collusion exists among the Offerors, and/or the County believes prices provided by the Offerors are inappropriately unbalanced. Respondent’s Affidavit (Appendix “J”) must be included in the response.
