DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. 8.01 There shall be no discrimination or intimidation by the EMPLOYER or the UNION against any employee as a result of or because of such employee's race, color, creed, gender, disability or national origin all in accordance with applicable law, or membership in or non-membership in the UNION.
DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. SECTION 1. There shall be no discrimination, interference or coercion by the Employer or any of its agents against the employees represented by the Association because of membership or activity in the Association. The Association shall not intimidate or coerce employees into membership. Neither the Employer nor the Association shall discriminate against any employee because of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, or political affiliation.

The employer further agrees that there will be no discrimination against any member for his adherence to any provision of this Agreement or his refusal to comply with any order which would violate this Agreement.

4:02 The provisions of this Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and apply to all Employees without discrimination or reservation.
4:03 The parties hereto agree not to discriminate against any Employee because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, record of offences, marital status, family status or handicap.
DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. A) The Employer and the Union agree that the provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees without discrimination as to sex, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, political affiliation, or disability.
B) The Employer will not interfere with the right of the employees to become members of the Union, and shall not discriminate against any employee because of membership in the Union.

DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. 5-01 The Corporation agrees that there shall be no discrimination, interference, or coercion exercised or practised with respect to any employee in the matter of hiring, wage rates, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, layoff, recall, discipline, discharge or otherwise by reason of race, creed, colour, national origin, political or religious affiliations or marital status, nor by reason of his or her membership or activity in the Union.
5-02 Provisions of this Agreement shall be applied to all employees without discrimination.
