Common use of Colonial’s Covenants Clause in Contracts

Colonial’s Covenants. In connection with the Subject Servicing, Colonial covenants and agrees to comply with all applicable requirements of the MPF Guides, Colonial’s PFI Agreement, the Servicing Sale Manual, this Agreement and Applicable Law. In particular, in connection with the Serviced Mortgages and the Servicing Responsibilities, Colonial agrees to comply with the privacy requirements of the MPF Guides and Applicable Law.
