A Colour Palette clause defines the specific set of colors that are permitted for use in a project, such as in branding, design, or product development. It typically lists approved colors by name, code, or sample, and may specify their application to various materials or media. This clause ensures visual consistency and brand integrity by preventing unauthorized or inconsistent color usage.
Colour Palette. The Trademark may appear in the colours shown herein, or in black and white. Colour Palette. The selection of colours for the DIH² brand brings to life the brand tonality in a way that is confident, forward- thinking and distinctive. Meaning: security, respect, intelligence. Meaning: warmth, enthusiasm, creativity, encouragement, change and determination. Meaning: purity, simplicity, possibility. The colour palette was incorporated into the design style guide and applied with the other visual elements to DIH² project communications (see section 1.7). In addition, it was included in the design style guide along with the logotype and typographic font selection (see section 1.5).
Colour Palette. The name of the project includes both the light railway networks (represented by the O letter that is designed in the shape of a train) and the power distribution network (represented by the T letter that is design in the shape of an electrical pylon), in order to convey E-LOBSTER beachhead. In fact, the project will develop an innovative R+G (Railway to Grid) Management system that will be able to make the best use of the available energy on both the grids. Moreover, to convey the idea that two different energy networks are involved in E-LOBSTER, two different colours has been chosen to design the logo: a bright orange and an intense red. The orange symbolises the power distribution network, while the red symbolises the light railway network. In order to allow an easier identification for the public as well as to favour a better visibility for E- LOBSTER during the dissemination activities, all the external actions of the project will be characterized by specific graphic designs based on the project logo. In accordance with the Commission’s guidelines on visual identity, E-LOBSTER project will be identified by the EU Emblem and the official disclaimer “The project received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 774392”. All the promotional material displays the EU emblem (minimum height: 1 cm) and the name of the European Union is always be spelled out in full.
Colour Palette. ‌ A defined colour palette is provided to partners to ensure uniformity and coherence in visual communication. HURRICANE’s colour palette consists of greens to symbolize sustainability and environmental aspects. Additionally, red and grey colours may be incorporated to represent the industrial context, although careful consideration is needed to ensure they complement the sustainability message conveyed by the project. Using this colour palette will contribute to a cohesive and recognisable brand identity.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Advertisement on Project Highway The Project Highway or any part thereof shall not be used in any manner to advertise any commercial product or services.

  • Building Directory A directory for the Building will be provided for the display of the name and location of tenants. Landlord reserves the right to approve any additional names Tenant desires to place in the directory and, if so approved, Landlord may assess a reasonable charge for adding such additional names.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
