Use of School Buildings. The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
Use of School Buildings. The Association shall have the right upon approval of the building principal, to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. Requests for use of buildings will be submitted to the building principal or Superintendent/designee.
Use of School Buildings. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.

The Association shall be allowed the use of school buildings for Association meetings on regular school days so long as arrangements have been made with the superintendent of schools or an authorized representative. Such meetings shall not conflict with any regular or special educational activities and such use shall not involve additional or extra custodial services and/or other unusual expense to the District. Use of buildings on other than school days requires the approval of the superintendent in addition to the school principal. Any added expense resulting from Association use shall be paid by the Association.

The Association and its representatives shall have the right of access to school buildings for any purpose, providing there is not a significant expense to the District or interference with the regular school program or events. The Superintendent shall be notified of Association presence.
Use of School Buildings. The Association shall have the right of access to school buildings for meetings subject to the same rules and conditions as other school-related organizations, provided there is no interference with the regular school program.

The BTU-ESP and its representatives shall be permitted to hold monthly meetings with all ESP employees before school hours, after regular school hours, or at other reasonable times determined by the principal provided that such use does not disrupt school operations or result in overtime compensation to other staff who may be required to be present while the school remains open for use. If rental is charged, it shall be in accordance with Board policy.
Use of School Buildings. The local Association shall have the right, upon the approval of the Superintendent or designee, to use the school building for meetings, provided that such meetings do not interfere with instructional and/or extra-curricular programs. Whenever special custodial service is required, the Board may make a reasonable charge for this service.

Use of School Buildings. 041 So long as the parties are not at negotiations impasse the Association may, with reasonable advance request and upon prior approval of the building principal, use those portions of the school buildings not then required for educational or extracurricular activities for the purpose of conducting Association meetings. The Association will have the opportunity to request and receive the use of school facilities which are made available to community groups on a rental basis (for example, the gymnasium and high school cafeteria) on the same basis as those facilities are made available to other groups. The Association will reimburse the Board for any additional costs associated with such use.
