COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS. RTI, as well as the United States Government, has adopted a zero tolerance policy prohibiting trafficking in persons, including any trafficking-related activities. Additional information regarding trafficking in persons may be found at the website for the U.S. Department of State's Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/j/tip/. Additionally, in the event this Contract is funded in whole or in part via Federal contract funds, the provisions set forth in FAR 52.222-50 (Combating Trafficking in Persons) shall also be applicable to this Contract, as well as FAR 52.222-56 (Certification Regarding Trafficking in Persons Compliance Plan), if and as applicable.
