UNE Port/Loop Combinations 5.3.1 Combinations of port and loop unbundled Network Elements along with switching and transport unbundled Network Elements provide local exchange service for the origination or termination of calls. Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing.
