EXTRA MATERIALS. Provide signed receipts for all extra materials or other items called out in sections of the Specifications to be turned over to the Owner. Unless a receipt is provided, another set of materials or items shall be provided.

Both completion notices must be signed by CM/GC and the Owner to be valid. The Owner shall provide the final signature on the notices. The notices shall take effect on the date they are signed by the Owner.
