Common use of Combined Single Limit Liability Clause in Contracts

Combined Single Limit Liability. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph b above the contractor may be insured for a single limit of liability for each occurrence. In that event, coverage shall be equal to or greater than the combined required minimums set forth in paragraph b, above, for bodily injury, property damage, and/or passenger liability for the type of use to which such aircraft is put, as the case may be.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph b above H-1.3 above, the contractor Contractor may be insured for a single limit of liability for each occurrence.
