INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES. University reserves the right to inspect the services provided under this Agreement at all reasonable times and places during the term. If any of the services do not conform to the requirements set forth in this Agreement, University may (i) require Contractor to perform the services again in conformity with such requirements, with no additional charge to the University; or (ii) equitably reduce payment due Contractor to reflect the reduced value of the Services performed. These remedies do not limit other remedies available to University in this Agreement or otherwise available at law.

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES a. We shall at all times retain the right to inspect and accept or reject the work provided by you. You shall make any required corrections promptly at no additional charge and return a revised copy of the written work product to us within seven (7) days of notification or a later date if extended by us. b. Our contact shall inform you whom you shall be reporting to and who will accept, reject or require changes to, a Service. Our contact is set out Appendix 1, unless you have been otherwise informed. c. Your failure to proceed with reasonable promptness to make necessary corrections to a Service shall be a default. If your corrected performance or written product remains unacceptable, we may terminate this Agreement, reduce the Fee and/or reject the hours submitted in connection with such services to reflect the reduced value of services received.

An authorized Government representative will accomplish government inspection and acceptance of services under this contract at the aerial port of debarkation (APOD). The Government Xxxx of Lading (GBL), AMC Form 8 Civil Aircraft Certificate, or DD Form 250, Materials Inspection and Receiving Report, is the document used for certifying transportation services rendered by the Contractor pursuant to the terms of this contract. b. HQ AMC reserves the right to inspect, conduct onsite capability surveys, perform ramp inspections, conduct flight-deck observation flights, and initiate performance evaluations of the Contractor during all phases of this contract.

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES. Each phase of the services, including quality of work, rendered under this agreement is subject to the Eligible User’s inspection during both the Vendor's operations and after completion of the tasks. When the Vendor is satisfied with the completion of the contracted work, and prior to acceptance of any phase of work, Vendor shall submit a written request for an inspection to the Eligible User’s Project Manager. After inspection, the Eligible User’s Project Manager will issue a punch list of deficiencies, if any. Upon completion of the punch list, and correction of all deficiencies by the Vendor, the Vendor Project Manager shall notify the Eligible User’s Project Manager that the work has been completed satisfactorily. Final inspection shall be performed prior to contract expiration date.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES. Prior to demobilization of Titan's personnel following completion of delivery of Services, the Buyer's field supervisor and an authorized representative of Titan shall conduct a walk- through and final inspection of the Services to identify any deficiencies thereto. In the event that any deficiencies are noted and agreed upon by the parties' representatives, Titan shall correct such deficiencies subject to the Buyer's agreement to pay all additional mobilization charges incurred by Titan in connection therewith, and such corrective actions shall be subject to a further inspection in accordance with this paragraph. Upon completion of the walk-through and final inspection, provided there are no corrective actions required by the Buyer as agreed to by Titan, the parties shall sign a certificate of completion in form and content satisfactory to Titan. Signing of a certificate of completion by the Buyer, or the Buyer's failure or refusal to conduct such a walk-through and final inspection, shall constitute full and complete satisfactory of Services by Titan in accordance with the Purchase Agreement.

HQ AMC reserves the right to inspect, conduct onsite capability surveys, perform ramp inspections, conduct flight-deck observation flights, and initiate performance evaluations of the Contractor during all phases of this contract. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES. TJJD has the right to inspect and test all services called for by this Contract, to the extent practicable at all times and places during the Contract term. TJJD shall perform inspections in a manner that will not unduly interfere with the Contractor's operation of the EAP. From time to time TJJD shall, subject to limitations provided by law with respect to rights of privacy, have the right to reasonably prompt access and to examine all records of Contractor related to the EAP, including, without limitation, all financial books and records generated by Contractor and its subcontractors in connection with performance of this Contract. If any of the services are non-compliant with the Contract requirements, Contractor shall be notified describing specific areas of non-compliance. Contractor shall have a twenty (20) calendar day period to file a written response to all such items of non-compliance. For all items of non-compliance satisfactorily resolved by agreement between the Contractor and TJJD, no further action regarding such items shall be taken. If an item of non-compliance cannot be resolved between the Contractor and TJJD, and such item remains uncorrected for a period of twenty (20) calendar days or longer after written notification to Contractor, then such item may be declared to be an event of default.
