Common use of COMI Clause in Contracts

COMI. For the purpose of the Insolvency Regulation, the centre of main interest (as that term in used in Article 3(1) of the Insolvency Regulation) of Crocs Europe is incorporated under the laws of any Member State of the European Union and is situated in the jurisdiction of its registered office and it has no “establishment” (as that term is used in Article 2(10) of the Insolvency Regulation) in any other jurisdiction.
