COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF SERVICES. A. Contractor shall begin providing the services under the requirements of this Agreement upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed from City. Such notice shall be deemed to have occurred three (3) calendar days after it has been deposited in the regular United States mail. Contractor shall complete the Services within the time limits set forth in the Scope of Services or as mutually determined in writing by the Parties.
