Commencement and conduct of Survey. (a) Subject to clause 11(b), the Corporation will use its, and must ensure the Aboriginal Heritage Service Provider and the Principal Aboriginal Heritage Consultant (if different to the Aboriginal Heritage Service Provider) each uses its, best endeavours to commence the Survey within the time agreed by the Corporation and the Government Proponent, or in the absence of such agreement, within 35 Business Days after the Survey Agreement Date.
