Time for Commencement and Completion. The term (Initial Term) of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and expire on ______________________, 20___. University will have the option to renew this Agreement for _______ (___) additional ______ (____) year terms (each a Renewal Term). The Initial Term and each Renewal Term are collectively referred to as the Term.
Time for Commencement and Completion a. The TSP shall take all necessary steps to commence work on the Project from the Effective Date of the Agreement and shall achieve Scheduled COD of the Project in accordance with the time schedule specified in Schedule 2 of this Agreement;
b. The COD of each Element of the Project shall occur no later than the Scheduled COD or within such extended time to which the TSP shall be entitled under Article 4.4 hereto.

Changes, if agreed to, shall be based upon the percentage change in the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Consumer Price Index (CPI)-All Urban Consumers for Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington for the previous contract period (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/regions/southwest/news-release/consumerpriceindex_dallasfortworth.htm). No change in pricing shall exceed the year-over-year percentage change in the CPI index noted above, unless it is deemed in the best interest of the University based on current market conditions and the best value criteria included in Texas Education Code 51.9335.
Time for Commencement and Completion. It is understood that time is of the essence in the Work to be performed under this Agreement and that Provider shall complete all authorized Work in accordance with the time for performance described for the Work, and in a minimum of time consistent with the highest customs, standards, and practices of Provider’s business or profession. Work is to commence and will be complete no later than .
Time for Commencement and Completion. Vendor and SBCW acknowledge that the time for Scheduled Commencement Date and Completion of the BTS Site will be determined by the applicable Implementation Plan and the Site Schedule. Vendor's unexcused failure to Complete any BTS Site in accordance therewith shall subject Vendor to the Liquidated Damages pursuant to Section 11.01.

If the City has not completed its obligations under Section 6(b), (c), (d) and (e) within thirty-six (36) months of the date of this Amendment, GNC’s obligations under paragraphs 9 through 13 (as amended) to develop the Project and meet its Minimum Investment, and the City’s options under paragraph 15 shall terminate, subject to extension of such date for the duration of delays occasioned by acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes or labor disputes, labor shortages, material shortages, inclement weather, lack of available funds and other causes beyond the reasonable control of the City.

Time for Commencement and Completion. The term of this Agreement will begin when executed by both parties (“Effective Date”) and expire on ______________________, 20___.
Time for Commencement and Completion. (a) The Contractor must commence the Works on and from the Commencement Date.
(b) If any Works have been commenced before the Commencement Date the provisions of this Contract will apply retrospectively to those Works.
(c) Without limiting Clause 19.1(d), the Contractor must perform the Works with due expedition and without delay.
(d) The Contractor must:
(i) achieve Practical Completion by the Date for Practical Completion; and
(ii) achieve Final Completion as soon as possible.
(e) If the Contractor chooses to accelerate progress then:
(i) Tetra Tech will not be obliged to take any action or assist or enable the Contractor to achieve Practical Completion by any date earlier than the Date for Practical Completion; and
(ii) the time for carrying out the obligations of Tetra Tech will not be affected.
(f) Upon the Date of Practical Completion the Contractor must hand possession of the Site and the Physical Works over to Tetra Tech.
