Commencement and Duration of Benefits. (1) Extended Disability Benefits to an eligible applicant shall be for the period commencing the day following the last day of disability included within the period for the maximum number of weekly Accident and Sickness Benefits, including weeks in which such Accident and Sickness Benefits were not payable under section 11 (k) or were partially or wholly offset because of receipt of Workers' Compensation benefits.
