COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF RETIREMENT BENEFITS. 8.01 Pensions shall be payable to a Member as of their Normal Re- tirement Date, shall in no event be payable with respect to any prior month, and shall be payable on the first of each month thereafter dur- ing the life of such Member, ceasing with the last payment to which they were entitled immediately prior to their date of death and subject to Section 10, and any election made under Section 12.02.
