Commencement and Expiry. 3.1. This Agreement will commence operation from the start of the first full pay period commencing seven days after approval by the Fair Work Commission and shall remain in force until 30 June 2024, and thereafter in accordance with the Fair Work Act.

This Agreement will shall commence operation from the start of the first full pay period commencing seven days from the 7th day after approval the Agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and shall remain in force until 30 June 2024, 2026 and thereafter in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (Act). The parties agree that discussions shall commence for a new enterprise agreement no later than three months prior to the expiry date of the Agreement.
