Common use of Commencement Completion Clause in Contracts

Commencement Completion. Licensee shall commence the Work on or before the date specified on the Rider and shall continue the Work uninterrupted (except for interruption by reason of events constituting force majeure) until it is completed. Notwithstanding the occurrence of any events constituting force majeure, or any other cause, the Work shall be completed and the Hotel shall be furnished, equipped, and shall otherwise be in compliance with this Agreement not later than the date specified on the Rider. Licensor shall have the sole right to determine whether the Work has been completed in accordance with this Agreement, the approved Plans, the Manual and the PIP.
