Common use of Commencement date 4 Clause in Contracts

Commencement date 4. Subject to the approval of the Minister or determination by arbitration as herein provided of each hand every of the detailed proposals and matters referred to in clause 5(2) hereof the date upon which the last of those proposals of the Company shall have been so approved or determined or the date upon which the Company gives notice to the Minister that it proposes to proceed with the works set out in clause 9 hereof (whichever shall be the later) shall be the commencement date for the purposes of this Agreement.
