COMMENCEMENT, DURATION AND CONNECTION. 2.1 This BCA shall take effect on the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with Clause 7. 2.2 The DCUSA and this BCA shall supersede any prior agreements or arrangements between the Company and the User in respect of Connection at the Connection Points specified herein.
