COMMENCEMENT, DURATION AND TERMINATION. 2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall, subject to clause 12, continue for an Initial Period of a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) months or such longer period as may be indicated in the Order. 2.2 After expiry of the initial period contemplated in clause 2.1 either party may terminate this Agreement by giving no less than 2 (two) months’ written notice of its intention to so terminate. 2.3 Failure to terminate this Agreement per 2.2 above shall result in an automatic extension of the Agreement on a month to month basis or such longer period as may be specified in the Order, on the same terms and conditions, irrespective of the Customer’s actual use of the Service/s.
