Project Initiation i - Upon final execution of the Agreement with the DISTRICT, the ARCHITECT shall: ♦ Review the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the DISTRICT and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications. The PMP defines the Program Master Schedule and Budgets and each Project scope and budget. ii - Within the first week following execution of the Agreement, meet with the DISTRICT and its representatives to prepare a detailed task analysis and work plan for documentation in a computer-generated project schedule. iii - This task analysis and work plan will identify specific tasks including, but not limited to: ♦ interviews, ♦ data collection ♦ analysis, ♦ report preparation, ♦ planning, ♦ Architectural programming, concepts and schematic design preparation and estimating that are part of the work of the Project. Also identified will be milestone activities or dates, specific task responsibilities, required completion times necessary for the review and approval by the DISTRICT and by all regulatory agencies and additional definition of deliverables. iv - Participate in a general Project kick-off meeting to include the ARCHITECT, appropriate sub-consultants, and DISTRICT staff. v - The project kick-off meeting will introduce key team members from the DISTRICT and the ARCHITECT to each other, defining roles and responsibilities relative to the Project. vi - Identify and review pertinent information and/or documentation necessary from the DISTRICT for the completion of the Project. vii - Review and explain the overall project goals, general approach, tasks, work plan and procedures and deliverable products of the Project. viii - Review and explain the task analysis and Project work plan for all parties present; determine any adjustments or fine tuning that needs to be made to the work plan. ix - Review documentation of the Project kick-off meeting prepared by the DISTRICT’S representative and comment prior to distribution. x - Base Drawings and Site Survey Information
Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty
Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
Special Projects Involved in a planned endeavour designed and implemented to address a resident, nursing, facility or community health care concern or need. (eg. QI project to improve resident outcomes) (10 – 20 points depending on scope of project)
Research Project The findings of any research project, which would change the provisions of this Agreement will not be implemented until such changes are negotiated and agreed to by the parties.
Development Budget Attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference is the Development Budget in an amount equal to $_____________. Owner acknowledges and represents that the attached Development Budget includes the total costs and expenses to acquire, develop, renovate and construct the Real Property and the Apartment Housing.
Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.
Capital Projects (a) The selection of all design professionals and contractors for capital projects shall be made by Lessor and Lessor shall provide at its expense all materials and services for capital projects. (b) Lessee shall cooperate with Lessor with respect to capital projects. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing which may be construed to the contrary, Lessee shall have no obligation to perform any such capital projects unless Lessee agrees to perform and be responsible for same in accordance with a written agreement therefor between Lessor and Lessee.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES This Grant Agreement is for the Foundational Year only. Subsection 1. Continuous SIA Plan Implementation (a) Increasing instructional time, which may include: (A) More hours or days of instructional time; (B) Summer programs; (C) Before-school or after-school programs; or (D) Technological investments that minimize class time used for assessments administered to students. (b) Addressing students’ health or safety needs, which may include: (A) Social-emotional learning and development; (B) Student mental and behavioral health; (C) Improvements to teaching and learning practices or organizational structures that lead to better interpersonal relationships at the school; (D) Student health and wellness; (E) Trauma-informed practices; (F) School health professionals and assistants; or (G) Facility improvements directly related to improving student health or safety. (c) Reducing class sizes, which may include increasing the use of instructional assistants, by using evidence-based criteria to ensure appropriate student-teacher ratios or staff caseloads. (d) Expanding availability of and student participation in well-rounded learning experiences, which may include: (A) Developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive early literacy practices and programs in prekindergarten through third grade; (B) Culturally responsive practices and programs in grades six through eight, including learning, counseling and student support that is connected to colleges and careers; (C) Broadened curricular options at all grade levels, including access to: (i) Art, music and physical education classes; (ii) Science, technology, engineering and mathematics education;
Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
