COMMENCEMENT OF COVERAGE FOR DEPENDENT. a. With respect to a person who is an Eligible Dependent on the Effective Date, coverage hereunder shall begin for such Eligible Dependent upon the later of i) the first day that the coverage commences for the Subscriber, or ii) the date such person satisfies the requirements to become an Enrollee.
