Commencement of Extra Work. Other than when Developer is in receipt of a Directive Letter, Developer shall not be entitled or required to commence any Extra Work described in an Authority Change Request prior to the Authority confirming the Developer’s Estimate in accordance with Section 10.4.2 and as set forth therein.
