(1) The Contractor agrees that it will begin the work herein embraced upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, unless the Fund consents, in writing, to begin at a different date, and that it will prosecute the same with such diligence that all work covered by the Contract shall be substantially completed and performed on or before the time specified on page X- 0 of the Agreement.
