Commencement of O&M. The Contractor shall perform and carry out the O&M in accordance with the O&M Requirements and in accordance with such of the Contractor’s Management Systems and Plans (as amended from time to time as contemplated by Section 5.5) as remain pertinent to the Operating Period, both for the New Infrastructure and the Existing Infrastructure, from Traffic Availability until the end of the Term or the sooner termination of this Agreement in accordance with its provisions. The Service Roads are not included in the O&M to be performed by the Contractor.

  • Commencement of Agreement This agreement shall come into force in respect of the Commonwealth and of a State when it has been signed on behalf of the Commonwealth and has been signed on behalf of the State with the authority of the Parliament of the State, or, having been signed on behalf of the State without that authority, is approved by the Parliament of the State.

  • Commencement of Coverage Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work 15 regular hours or more per week and shall commence on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of the employee's probationary period.
