Common use of Commencement of Project Co Commissioning Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Project Co Commissioning. (a) Project Co shall give 30 days written notice to the Independent Certifier, the MHCP Commissioning Agent and the MHCP Representative of the proposed commencement of the Project Co Commissioning. (b) Project Co shall give at least 5 Business Days’ notice to, and shall invite, the Independent Certifier, the MHCP Commissioning Agent and the MHCP Representative to witness, and to comment on, each aspect of the Project Co Commissioning. Project Co shall, together with such notice, provide all information that the Independent Certifier, the MHCP Commissioning Agent and the MHCP Representative may reasonably require in relation thereto, including: (i) tests proposed; (ii) test methodology; and (iii) expected test results.

(b) Project Co shall give at least 5 Business Days’ ' notice to, and shall invite, the Independent Certifier, the MHCP IO Commissioning Agent and the MHCP IO Representative to witness, and to comment on, each aspect of the Project Co Commissioning.
