Cash Allowance Items. (a) Project Co shall deposit the Cash Allowance Amount for each individual Cash Allowance Item into the Cash Allowance Account no later than the dates and in the amounts set out in the Financial Model at Financial Close and shall manage the Cash Allowance Account in accordance with this Section 18.12. (b) The cash flow process applicable to the Cash Allowance Account will be as follows: (i) Project Co will deposit the Cash Allowance Amount into the Cash Allowance Account in accordance with Section 18.12(a) above; (ii) Project Co will hold and manage all monies in the Cash Allowance Account in trust for, for the benefit of and as directed by HMQ; (iii) interest earned on the Cash Allowance Account will accrue in the Cash Allowance Account and will be for the benefit of HMQ; (iv) Project Co shall provide a reconciliation of the Cash Allowance Account, the Aggregate Cash Allowance Items Payments and the Cash Allowance Balance to HMQ on a monthly basis; (v) In the event that a payment requirement, including applicable HST, for invoices and/or payments approved by HMQ in respect of Police Systems Work and Parking Lot Environmental Testing and Remediation Work exceed the then current Cash Allowance Balance, HMQ shall pay the excess amount directly to the relevant vendor or Project Co Party that has performed the Police Systems Work or Parking Lot Environmental Testing and Remediation Work, as the case may be; (vi) if, at Substantial Completion, there exists a positive Cash Allowance Balance, then Project Co shall pay such Cash Allowance Balance to HMQ or as HMQ directs; and (vii) the Parties agree to mutually review the operation of the Cash Allowance Account on a regular basis and make any appropriate modifications to ensure its efficient operation. (c) Project Co shall provide monthly reports to the HMQ Representative that include the following information: (i) itemized and aggregate amounts committed to date for all Cash Allowance Items; (ii) itemized and aggregate amounts spent to date for all Cash Allowance Items as well as the itemized and aggregate amounts spent in the immediately preceding month for all Cash Allowance Items (itemized separately from amounts spent to date): (a) by way of payment directly from the Cash Allowance Account to Project Co, a Project Co Party or other vendor in respect of Police Systems Work and Parking Lot Environmental Testing Work; (b) by way of payment directly from the Cash Allowance Account to HMQ (or as HMQ may have other...
Cash Allowance Items. (a) Project Co shall open the Cash Allowance Account, deposit the Cash Allowance Amount into the Cash Allowance Account on the dates and in the amounts set out in the Financial Model at Financial Close and manage the Cash Allowance Account in accordance with this Section 18.12. (c) Project Co shall provide monthly reports to the HHS Representative that include the following information: (i) itemized and aggregate amounts committed to date for all Cash Allowance Items; (ii) itemized and aggregate amounts spent to date for all Cash Allowance Items; and (iii) the projected cost of each remaining Cash Allowance Item and the projected effect of such costs on the Cash Allowance Account. (d) In addition to the monthly report described in Section 18.12(a), Project Co shall, on a monthly basis, provide to the HHS Representative a request for payment approval (each, a “Request for Payment Approval”) that includes the following information: (i) details of all vendor or Project Co Party invoices that are due for payment that month, ...

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance Items Except as otherwise set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, the Tenant Improvement Allowance shall be disbursed by Landlord only for the following items and costs (collectively, the “Tenant Improvement Allowance Items”): 2.2.1.1 Payment of the fees of the “Architect” and the “Engineers,” as those terms are defined in Section 3.1 of this Tenant Work Letter, the costs of Tenant’s project manager (if any) and payment of the fees incurred by, and the cost of documents and materials supplied by, Landlord and Landlord’s consultants in connection with the preparation and review of the “Construction Drawings,” as that term is defined in Section 3.1 of this Tenant Work Letter; 2.2.1.2 The payment of plan check, permit and license fees relating to construction of the Tenant Improvements; 2.2.1.3 The cost of construction of the Tenant Improvements, including, without limitation, contractors’ fees and general conditions, testing and inspection costs, costs of utilities, trash removal, parking and hoists, and the costs of after-hours freight elevator usage. 2.2.1.4 The cost of any changes in the Base, Shell and Core work when such changes are required by the Construction Drawings (including if such changes are due to the fact that such work is prepared on an unoccupied basis), such cost to include all direct architectural and/or engineering fees and expenses incurred in connection therewith; 2.2.1.5 The cost of any changes to the Construction Drawings or Tenant Improvements required by applicable laws and building codes (collectively, “Code”); 2.2.1.6 Sales and use taxes; 2.2.1.7 The “Coordination Fee,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.2.2 of this Tenant Work Letter; and 2.2.1.8 All other costs to be expended by Landlord in connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement. This allowance will not be subject to penalty addition and shall be in lieu of all or any Parent Award disability allowances, with the exception of the multi-storey allowance. Site/Project Allowances will be paid in addition to the productivity allowance where such an addition is either: (i) Where such an allowances is awarded by the Industrial Relations Commission; or (ii) Where such an allowance is required by a site condition specified at the time of tender. It is incumbent upon the company to enquire of the Head Contractor/Client at the time of tender whether a site/project allowance is required to be paid and in particular whether it is required to be paid in accordance with the Construction Industry Site Allowance Matrix: or (iii) If the Contract between the Employer and the Head Contractor/Client does not contain provision for a site allowance, and after the contract is made the head contractor makes an agreement under which a site allowance is payable, then the head contractor should then agree in writing to reimburse the employer the full cost of the said allowance.

  • Over-Allowance Amount The amount that is equal to the difference between (i) the amount of the Cost Proposal and (ii) the amount of the TI Allowance (less any portion thereof already disbursed by Landlord, or in the process of being disbursed by Landlord, on or before the Cost Proposal Delivery Date that is not otherwise included within the Cost Proposal) shall be referred to herein as the "Over-Allowance Amount." Tenant shall pay to Landlord (a) one-half (1/2) of such Over-Allowance Amount no later than ten (10) days after the Cost Proposal Delivery Date and (b) the other one-half (1/2) of such Over-Allowance Amount within ten (10) days after Landlord gives Tenant written notice that the construction of the Tenant Improvements is completed. The Over-Allowance Amount shall be disbursed by Landlord prior to the disbursement of any then remaining portion of the TI Allowance, and such disbursement shall be pursuant to the same procedure as the TI Allowance. In the event that after the Cost Proposal Delivery Date, any revisions, changes, or substitutions shall be made to the Construction Drawings or the Tenant Improvements, any additional costs which arise in connection with such revisions, changes or substitutions shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord as an addition to the Over-Allowance Amount as follows: (1) one-half (1/2) of such additional amount within five (5) days after Landlord's invoice therefor and (2) the remaining one-half (1/2) of such additional amount within five (5) days following Tenant's receipt of Landlord's written notice that the work to which the change order applies is complete. In addition, upon Landlord's determination of the actual costs incurred by or on behalf of Landlord for the TI Allowance Items, Tenant shall pay Landlord the amount, if any, by which such actual costs exceed the sum of the TI Allowance and the Over-Allowance Amount within fifteen (15) days after being billed therefor, or Landlord may, at its election, require that Tenant deposit with Landlord the full amount of such excess prior to Landlord's delivery of the Expansion Space to Tenant. No portion of the TI Allowance shall be used to pay Tenant or Tenant's agents, contractors or employees, unless and until Landlord's contractors and any other persons and entities employed by or under contract with Landlord have been paid in full.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Shift Allowances (a) An Employee whilst on afternoon or night shift must be paid for such shift 15% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate. (b) An Employee who works on an afternoon or night shift which does not continue for at least five successive afternoons or nights must be paid for such shift at time and a half for the first two hours thereof and double time thereafter. (c) An Employee who: (i) during a period of engagement on shift, works night shift only; (ii) remains on night shift for a longer period than four consecutive weeks; or (iii) works on a night shift which does not rotate or alternate with another shift or with day work so as to give the Employee at least one third of their working time off night shift in each shift cycle; must, during such engagement, period or cycle, be paid 30% more than their ordinary rate for all time worked during ordinary working hours on such night shift.
