Commencement of. a leave of absence for child care and/or adoption will be in accordance with the following and as the Employee elects: a) On the expiration of a leave of absence taken by the female Employee under the provisions of Article 13.02 or any extension thereof under the provisions of Article 13.02.08; or b) On the day the child is born; or c) On the day the child comes into his/her actual care and custody.
