Female Employee. The leave shall be taken within the fifty-two (52) week period commencing on: a) the expiration of a leave of absence taken by her under the provisions of Article 11.05 or any extension thereof under the provisions of Article 11.05.05, or b) the day the child is born, or c) the day the child comes into the employee's care and custody.
