COMMENCEMENT OR TERMINATION OF COVERAGE. Wherever this Agreement provides for a date of commencement or termination of any part or all of the coverage herein, such commencement or termination shall be effective as of 12:01 a.m. Pa- cific Time of that the commencement date and as of 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time of the termination date.
