Comment. (a) Where the terms in the Law, Regulation and other relevant legislation are used in this Agreement, the definition in the relevant regulation shall apply. (b) This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law, Regulation and other relevant legislation. (c) This Agreement cannot be interpreted in a way that contradicts the rights and obligations stipulated in the Law, Regulation and other relevant legislation.
