Commercial and other Clients. If Our Client is a company, references to ‘You’ and ‘Your’ mean the company. If Our Client is a partnership, references to ‘You’ and ‘Your’ mean the partnership and each of the partners of the partnership individually and collectively (details of whom are set out in the account opening application form). If Our Client is a trust which is not a company, references to ‘You’ and ‘Your’ mean the trust and each of the trustees individually and collectively (details of whom are set out in the account opening application form). If Our Client is an unincorporated body, references to ‘You’ and ‘Your’ mean the unincorporated body and all authorised officers/signatories of the unincorporated body (details of whom are set out in the account opening application form). In each case, references to ‘You’ and ‘Your’ also refer to any User(s).
