Vendor shall procure and maintain, for the life of this Agreement, commercial auto liability insurance covering all automobiles owned, non-owned, hired, and scheduled by Vendor with a combined limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury and property damage for each accident. Vendor shall name City as an additional insured under the insurance policy.
