Commercial Enterprise Prohibited. FISH will not undertake or allow the undertaking of any commercial enterprise, including but not limited to sales of produce, on the Unused Parcels. This provision is not intended to prohibit FISH from charging users a reasonable garden plot rental and/or maintenance fee.

Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
