License Area. The real property that is the subject of this License Agreement is described in EXHIBIT A (the "License Area").
License Area. Licensee acknowledges that it has inspected the License Area and that the License Area shall be in its “as is” condition existing on the Commencement Date (as defined below). Grantor has no obligation to perform any work, supply any materials, incur any expense or make any alterations or improvements to prepare the License Area for Licensee’s use thereof. Grantor shall have the right, exercisable in Grantor’s sole discretion, after not less than days’ written notice to Licensee, to designate other comparable space in the [Building][Premises]at any time or from time to time, for use by Licensee in lieu of the area shown on Exhibit A. If Grantor shall exercise such right, Licensee shall either (a) [within --- days after receipt of Grantor’s notice,] elect to terminate the License or (b) relocate to such other space on or before the date Grantor designates for such relocation in Grantor’s notice [and Grantor shall pay Licensee’s reasonable relocation costs] (and upon such relocation, such other space shall be deemed to be the License Area and Licensee’s license to use the area shown in Exhibit A shall be deemed to have been revoked without further action or notice required by Grantor).
License Area. (a) Location:
(i) The Patio shall be located directly in front of, adjacent to and contiguous to the Site or as otherwise approved by the Board, DPW and TPT. The exact location of the Patio is shown on an engineer or architect’s plan entitled , dated , which plan is on file with the Cambridge License Commission, 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX (the “License Commission”). A copy of the plan shall be attached hereto as EXIBIT “A”.
(ii) The Licensee shall occupy only the Licensed Area, except as per the provisions of Section 2 (a) (iii) above.
(iii) The Licensee shall delineate the Licensed Area as follows: the Licensee shall install a non-movable and temporary system of enclosure around the Patio with removable bollards or other removable barriers. If the enclosure includes elements that are movable, such as light bollards or poles with ropes or chains, the location of such enclosure shall be marked on the sidewalk/street and approved by the Department of Public Works prior to installation. All materials used in the structure and enclosure of the Patio, including but not limited to fixtures, chairs, tables, fencing, bollards, barriers, planters and any other items related to or connected to the Patio (the “Patio Materials”) must meet the City’s specifications and be reviewed and approved by the Board and the City’s Departments of Public Works and Traffic, Parking and Transportation.
License Area. (a) Location:
(i) The Sidewalk/Street Patio shall be located in front of, adjacent to and/or contiguous to the Site or as otherwise approved by the License Commission. The exact location of the Sidewalk/Street Patio is shown on a plan that is on file with the License Commission, 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX. The plan shall set forth all applicable dimensions in metes and bounds measured in feet and/or square feet. A copy of the plan shall be attached hereto as EXIBIT “A” and incorporated herein by reference.
(ii) The Licensee shall use and/or occupy only the License Area, except as per the provisions of Section 2 (a) (iii) above.
(iii) The Licensee shall delineate the License Area as follows: the Licensee shall install a non-movable and temporary system of enclosure around the Sidewalk/Street Patio with removable bollards or other removable barriers approved by the License Commission.
License Area. CITY grants to COUNTY the right to use that certain property hereinafter referred to as “License Area” shown on “Exhibit A” attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
License Area. Licensee may operate a vending cart approved by the City at a specific location on the Santa Xxxxxx Xxxx ("License Area") as designated by the City. The vending cart to be placed in the License Area shall be no more than 43 inches wide, 90 inches long and 84 inches high. The location of the License Area may be changed from time to time at the City’s sole and complete discretion. This License includes the Licensee’s reasonable right of access to the Santa Xxxxxx Xxxx and License Area, but the operation of the vending cart shall only take place in the designated License Area. Licensee shall not use any other City premises or property not specifically permitted pursuant to this Agreement.
License Area. Licensor hereby grants Licensee an exclusive license to use the License Area. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any relationship between the parties other than that of licensor and licensee.
License Area. The License Area is that area of the Property which will be more particularly delineated by the USPS and Property Agent on or prior to the Date of Installation, as explained in the Delivery Agreement. USPS shall have a right to perform the Work within the agreed-upon License Area and to access and use on a temporary basis any portion of the Property that is reasonably necessary to perform the Work.

License Area. License Area" shall mean that portion of Railroad's Property over and across which the License is granted. The License Area extends from one edge of the Railroad's Property across the track to the opposite edge of the Railroad's Property and measures a distance of approximately 10 feet in width on either side of the center line of the sidewalk, all as more fully shown on the attached print.
