---COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS. The Licensee shall be required to make Cable Service(s) when available to any commercial establishments in the Town, provided that said establishment(s) agrees to pay for installation and subscription costs as established by the Licensee.

Certain Programming services may not be available to commercial establishments, pursuant to applicable law or the Licensee's agreements with its program suppliers or Licensee's policies.
