COMMERCIAL LIABILITY, PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY AND AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE. The Consultant shall procure and shall maintain during the life of this Agreement such Commercial General Liability, Property Damage Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance as shall protect the Consultant and the Consultant’s employees performing work covered by this Agreement from claims for damages for personal injury, including accidental death, as well as from claims for property damages, which may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations be by the Consultant or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Consultant. The minimum limits of liability and coverages shall be as follows:

Certificates of such insurance and evidence of policy endorsement for additional insured(s) shall be executed by the insurer in a form satisfactory to the City.   • General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages a. City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds as respects damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor; or automobiles owned, leased, hired, or borrowed by the Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers.

  • Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance Commercial General Liability Insurance and Any Auto Automobile Liability Insurance that shall protect the Consultant, the District, and the State from all claims of bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, death, advertising injury, and medical payments arising performing any portion of the Services. (Form CG 0001 and CA 0001, or forms substantially similar, if approved by the District.)

  • Product Liability Insurance insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage resulting from the use of products sold by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in such amounts as are then customarily maintained by responsible persons engaged in businesses similar to that of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:
