Automobile liability Insurance with a minimum combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of five million dollars ($5,000,000) for each accident. Limits may be achieved by a combination of primary and umbrella policies.
Automobile liability Insurance with. (i) Limits of not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit per accident; and (ii) Coverage applying to any auto. The GMC Parties shall be named as additional insureds on the liability policies described in this Section 3.5. Best Company Key Rating Guide-Property-Casualty and each company must have a rating of B+ Class Vll or higher), (3) attaching the endorsements set forth above for the Certificate of Liability Insurance, and (4) bearing the name, address and telephone number of the producer and signed by an authorized representative of the producer. (The signature may be original, stamped, or electronic.) Notwithstanding the foregoing, Owner may, in writing and at its sole discretion, modify these insurance requirements.
