Commercial Management Services. Commencing with the acquisition of each Vessel by any Company Group Member, the Manager shall administer the Charters and monitor payment to any Company Group Member or its nominee of all hire, freight revenues or other moneys to which the Company may be entitled arising out of the Charter or other employment of that Vessel (the “Commercial Services”).
