Commercial Product anything that incorporates, is based on, utilizes or is developed from Project Results and is created by human or mechanical effort or by a natural process and that is capable of being sold, licensed, transferred or conveyed to another party or is capable of otherwise being Exploited or disposed of, whether in exchange for consideration or not, including without limitation any drug, chemical or biological compound, gene, nucleic acid or nucleic acid sequence, gene therapy, plant, machine, mechanical device, hardware, tool or computer program.
