Common use of Commercial Product Clause in Contracts

Commercial Product. ‌ The Engager must obtain the Artist's prior written authorization before the Artist's photo may be used in conjunction with the sale and/or promotion of a commercial product, copies of which must be filed with Equity, and said authorization must specify the commercial product involved.
