Per Performance Contract. There shall be a maximum of 42 hours of rehearsal in a workweek for a period not to exceed 14 consecutive days.
Per Performance Contract. If a Chorus Actor employed under a Per Performance Contract is assigned to sing a song, perform a dance, speak lines or play a part that is individual in its character, the Chorus performer shall be paid no less than $4.50 for each such assignment per performance in addition to contractual salary.
Per Performance Contract. (1) For each Actor who works 30 hours or more in a given week, the Producer will make the weekly health contribution specified in (A)(1) above for that week. No health contribution is due under the Per Performance Contract for any Actor who works fewer than 30 hours in a given week.
(2) The Producer on a Per Performance Contract may elect to make the weekly contribution specified in (A)(1) above. If this option is selected, such payment shall commence with the first day of rehearsal and continue through the termination of the Actor's contract. Once the choice of weekly health contribution is made, the Producer shall pay the prevailing weekly health contribution for that specific production and must continue to pay the health contribution until the closing of said production.
(3) If additional productions of the same play on a Per Performance Contract take place within the same season, the Producer shall again have the option of making the weekly health contribution on said productions
Per Performance Contract. The Producer shall pay the Actor employed on a Per Performance Contract all performance compensation due prior to the last performance in each workweek.
Per Performance Contract. On a day when there is no performance and the Actor is required to be on call for a full 24-hour period or part thereof while on tour or away from the company’s home base, the Actor shall receive no less than the Tier I Per Performance rate in addition to all other payments due. (See Rule 46(E).)
Per Performance Contract. A Producer shall be ineligible to employ individuals on Per Performance Contracts unless and until said Producer shall have furnished security in the amount of two weeks’ gross salary to cover the maximum number of Actors in the Producer’s employ, plus the applicable pension and health contributions for two weeks and a sum equal to 15% of the gross salary.
Per Performance Contract. Costume calls for Actors employed under the Per Performance Contract shall be paid at no less than the prevailing hourly rehearsal rate for each hour or part thereof. This provision shall apply regardless of the time and/or place of said call. Unless the call is consecutive with a performance or rehearsal, it shall constitute a minimum two-hour call.
Per Performance Contract. Any hour or part thereof in excess of said 42-hour period shall be paid at the prevailing overtime rate per hour or part thereof.
Per Performance Contract. (a) The Actor may be called for a maximum of 10 hours of brush-up or replacement rehearsal in a workweek for which the Producer shall pay the Actor no less than the prevailing Per Performance rehearsal rate per hour or part thereof. See Rule 46(F)(1).
(b) Any hour in excess of 10 shall be paid for at no less than the prevailing overtime rate per hour or part thereof. (See Rule 46(H).)
(c) Any rehearsal call on a Per Performance Contract shall constitute a minimum three- hour call unless it is consecutive with the performance call, in which case it may be a one-hour call. There shall be no rehearsal during half hour.
Per Performance Contract. (1) When a Principal Actor or a member of the Chorus employed under a Per Performance Contract is performing in the production and is assigned to understudy a Principal role in the production, should he go on in the understudy role(s) as well as perform his own role(s) or Chorus function(s) in a single performance, that Actor shall be paid no less than $20.00 for each such understudy assignment, per performance, in addition to his contractual salary. In no event shall an Actor performing in a production understudy more than three roles.
(2) An Understudy who goes on solely in his understudy role(s) shall be paid no less than the prevailing overtime rate for each such understudy assignment, per performance, in addition to his contractual salary. (See Rule 46(H).) Said Understudy shall be paid no less than the prevailing rehearsal rate for all understudy rehearsals. (See Rule 46(F)(1).)
