Commercial Service Recipient Sample Clauses

Commercial Service Recipient. “Commercial Service Recipient” means a firm, partnership, 222 proprietorship, joint-stock company, corporation, or association, whether for-profit or nonprofit, strip mall, 223 industrial facility, or a Multi-Family Residential Dwelling, or as otherwise defined in 14 (CCR) Section 224 18982(a)(6). A Multi-Family Residential Dwelling that consists of five (5) or more units is a Commercial 225 Business for purposes of this Agreement.
