Common use of Commercial Settlement Clause in Contracts

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 and Order No. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 and Order No. 3 of 1of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 2015, GoG’s SURYA-Gujarat Policy, and Order NoGujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission, regulations for net metering rooftop solar PV Grid interactive Systems and its amendments and GERC order no. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 Policy, 2021, GoG’s SURYA – Gujarat Scheme, Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission Regulations for Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems & its amendments and Order No. 3 of 1of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:: For Residential and common facility connections of Group Housing Societies/ Residential Welfare Association consumers

All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 2015, GoG’s SURYA – Gujarat Policy, Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission Regulations for Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems & its amendments and Order No. 3 of 1of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:

The commercial settlement will be as follows:: For MSME, Industrial, Commercial and other consumers

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Gujarat‟s Solar Power Policy 2015 and Order No. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 dated17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 2021 and Order No. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 the subsequent order is to be issued by of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:: Industrial, commercial, Institutional and other consumer.

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 and Order No. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:: Residential consumers and Government Building

Commercial Settlement. All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 2021 and Order No. 3 of 2015 2020 dated 17.08.2015 08.05.2020 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:

All the commercial settlements settlement under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 and & GERC Order No. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regardamended from time to time. The commercial settlement will be as follows:
