Tariff and Charges. 7.1 Tariff* (a) The tariff payable under this Contract* for a Service* is the tariff, or tariffs, as applicable, specified in the Price List* from time to time for the Service*. For the avoidance of doubt, the tariffs specified in the Price List* apply to all consumption during the Pricing Year* applicable to the Price List*. Where consumption is metered with an accumulation meter and the meter reading interval causes some of the metered consumption to lie within the Pricing Year* applicable to the Price List* and the remainder within a Pricing Year* applicable to another Price List*, the consumption covered by the Price List* will be determined by prorating the metered consumption uniformly on a daily basis. (b) If: (i) no Price List* is published by the Authority* on the date required under the Code*; or (ii) a purported Price List* which does not comply with the Access Arrangement* is published, then to the extent that the effect of a Price List* (if it had been published on the date required under the Code* and had been compliant with the Access Arrangement*) would have been to reduce the Tariff* payable by the User*, then the User* may recover the Tariff* reduction as an overpayment under clause 8.6. (c) If applicable, the Tariff* payable under clause 7.1(a) for a Service* after the end of the current Access Arrangement* period is to be determined as follows: (i) if the new Access Arrangement* contains a Reference Service* (“Equivalent Reference Service*”) which is materially the same as the Service* then the tariff for the Service* is to be the tariff for the Equivalent Reference Service*; and (ii) if the new Access Arrangement* does not contain an Equivalent Reference Service*, or if for any reason there is no new Access Arrangement* or new Price List* under the new Access Arrangement*, then the tariff for each quarter will be the Tariff* in the final Price List* which Western Power* was required to publish under the previous Access Arrangement*, CPI-Adjusted* annually each 1 July. (d) Clause 7.1(c) applies, with appropriate modifications, in respect of the end of each successive Access Arrangement* period. (e) Western Power* must notify the User* of the Tariffs* calculated from time to time under clause 7.1(c). (f) For the purposes of calculating Tariffs* and Charges* for a Service*: (i) Western Power* is entitled to rely on the information contained in the Contract Database* (as updated from time to time in accordance with this Contact*); and (ii)...

Tariff and Charges. All changes to tariffs and charges are approved by the Aquasol Board of Directors. Aquasol will issue accounts every 6 months. Residents will receive notification of tariff changes on their first account after the change occurs; in addition, all information will be posted on the website. Residents can also obtain a schedule of fees and charges on request. If, by error, a resident is undercharged, it will be required to pay the shortfall. Any overdue accounts will incur an interest penalty. Property owners can request in writing that accounts be placed in a tenant’s name. However, these charges ultimately remain the owner’s responsibility. If resident is overcharged, extra cost will be refund directly or used as a credit for futures charges (as agreed with the resident). The Seller, shall not have any claim for compensation, if the solar power generated by his SRTPV system, could not be absorbed by the distribution system due to failure of power supply in the grid/ distribution system for the reasons, such as line clear, load shedding and line faults, whatsoever.

Tariff and Charges. Transportation Tariff and Indexation In compensation for performing the Services, the Shippers Group shall pay to INEOS the tariffs at the rates set out in Clause 6.1 of Section 1. The tariffs under Clause 6.1 of Section 1 shall be adjusted effective from the commencement of each Quarter for application on each Day of the Quarter in question by application of the formula set out in Clause 6.2 of Section 1.

Standard and currently practiced system of tariffs and charges, discounts & benefits, security deposits etc. will be applicable for the relevant LEASED INTERNET BANDWIDTH as approved by the Govt. or BTRC (Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission), from time to time. 4.2. Upon approval/direction of the Government of Bangladesh or BTRC, BSCCL may at any time determine or modify the monthly or yearly bandwidth charges and other rates for the telecommunications services, and the Customer must comply with those rates determined or modified by appropriate Authorities. In that case, customers will be notified about the changed tariffs and charges before 1 (one) month. 4.3. Upon submission by the client all required information and documents to BSCCL, and subsequent verification, BSCCL will issue Demand Note (Invoice) for provisioning of the LEASED INTERNET BANDWIDTH. The invoiced amount in a Demand note will normally include (but not limited to) the Registration and Installation charges, one month’s advanced rental charge (prepaid) and 1 (one) month’s the security deposit. 4.4. BSCCL will provide IP address only for peering purpose. However, for requirement of additional IP addresses, BSCCL will charge 300 Tk. per IP address per year. 4.5. Standard VAT, Duties/Levies or Taxes of the Govt. will be applicable if such taxes are not inclusive in the rentals.
