Common use of Commercial Use Space Clause in Contracts

Commercial Use Space. The Contractor may provide and charge fees for space within the Premises for commercial use; provided, however, the Contractor shall not conduct or permit others to conduct any commercial use from its Premises not specifically provided for in this Contract without the advance written approval of the Airports Authority. The Airports Authority reserves the right to prohibit any activity conducted from the Premises, other than the rights and services expressly granted and permitted herein.
